- FREE 4-Week Exercise Program Design!
- Two 1-hour personal training sessions to go over the exercise program, and to ensure proper exercise technique.
- One follow-up personal training sessions to ensure the program is being executed at the proper intensity, to correct any miscues in exercise technique, and to answer any additional questions that may arise.
Standard Personal Training Options
- 1-Hour One-on-One Personal Training Session $75

Personalized Nutrition Plan Design
- Consultation + Customized Goal-Specific Meal Plan $100
- Monthly Guidance/Adjustment Fee $50
Personalized Exercise Program Design
- Consultation (via email) + Customized 12-Week Program Design $125
