Give this super smoothie a try for breakfast, or anytime during the day when you need an energizing protein boost. This delicious shake is also a great option to have after an intense workout. Here's the recipe. I’ve included a regular size for the weight-conscious, and a large size for those of you who are actually looking to gain weight.

Super Shake Recipe - Regular Size

  • 1/2 banana
  • 3-4 frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup of yogurt
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
  • 3-4 ice cubes
  • 1-2 cups of water

Protein: 28 g
Carbs: 35 g
Fat: 2 g
Fiber: 3.5 g
Calories: ~262


Super Shake Recipe - Large Size

  • 1 banana
  • 3-4 frozen strawberries
